The first traditional blockwork independent single skin wall support system for cavity wall construction using traditional skill methods and materials.

The RapidBuild system enables the inner leaf of a house to be built in a matter of days, including roofing, windows and doors. The watertight construction allows the inside trades to commence work within a maximum of 14 days from completion of the slab.

The methodology involves the stabilisation of the single inner leaf through a series of novel braces attached to the scaffold. On completion of the inner leaf the insulation can be applied to the wall along with a breathable membrane. This is a unique and highly efficient process since there is no outer wall to obstruct the fixing. In addition, windows and doors can be installed with exceptional levels of seal.

RapidBuild’s unique, patented system has numerous advantages and benefits that overcome the many problems associated with traditional masonry construction. It uses all the same materials but provides a higher quality finish with completion at least 30% faster. It’s even faster than some timber frame construction.
