Materials
There are a number of materials used in the Rapidbuild process which have full downloadable technical details belows.
Bekaert Brickforce
Brickforce masonry reinforcement offers a comprehensive specialist structural crack control steel wire based product for use within the bed joints of masonry construction at strategic areas of design.
Poro Keystone Lintels
Keystone have developed two Lintels that are unique to the RapidBuild System. These Lintel options have been specifically designed to allow construction of the inner skin independently of the outer leaf.
Vista Breathable Membrane
EN 13859-1, 2 Breather waterproof roofing underlay manufactured by thermally bonding outer spunbonded polypropylene layers and an inner layer of microporous polypropylene film for pitched supported or unsupported roof construction without sarking and can also be used for vertical wall construction as a wind barrier.
