All packages include RapidBuild Braces & Brackets on a rental basis with an option to purchase. The Bronze option provides all the essential building materials you need to build a home to weather-tight using the RapidBuild system and process. The Silver option adds windows, cavity wall insulation and membrane. The Gold option also includes bespoke design details such as a chimney. The Self-build option is the top package and includes roof tiles, face bricks, floor boards, stairs and first fix stud work. All packs include a RapidBuild component placement plan and allow for 10% wastage.

Depending which package you have chosen, materials are delivered in 3, 4 or 5 stages. This is all pre-determined by us for each build so you don't have to worry about. A typical build is delivered in 3 stages, the first of which includes scaffolding, RapidBuild components, masonry and joists. The entire scaffold goes up before any block-work using a RapidBuild Accredited Scaffolding Firm. The second delivery will be the roof trusses and crane and the third delivery will be the roof membrane, felt and batons and if your package includes windows and insulation, these will be be included also.

This will all happen according to the plan so you can logically progress the build according to a comprehensive work schedule we provide you with at the start of your project. All the correct materials will arrive at the right time and the build process will be smooth and efficient. This translates to less stress and more profit on every build.
